Marco Bellucci is an Associate Professor in Accounting at the University of Florence. He holds a Ph.D. with distinction in Business Administration and Management from the University of Pisa. His research interests include social and environmental accounting, corporate social responsibility, sustainability reporting, new technologies for stakeholder engagement, social enterprises and non-profit organizations.

He is a member of the scientific committee of ARCO - Action Research for CO-development and of the Yunus Social Business Centre of the University of Florence under the patronage of Nobel laureate Muhammad Yunus. He is also a member of the scientific council of BABEL - Blockchains and Artificial Intelligence for Business, Economics and Law research unit and a member of the CERAP Circular Economy, Regulation and Policy research unit. He was a Visiting Scholar at the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto.

He is the author of numerous articles in influential international scientific journals and of two books on sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement and integrated reporting. He is Associate Editor of the international scientific journal Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility.
